We would like to inform you that, effective 05 Aug 2026, the export & import free time and tariff policy for Reefer containers will be updated as follows:

Export D&D

Combined Detention and Demurrage charges for export will be calculated from the time of ‘actual’ empty pull out from our appointed empty container depot to the ‘actual’ loading of the laden container on the vessel. And for import, from the date of container discharge in Tanzania.

− All days are calendar days or running days. (i.e. including weekends and public holidays)
− Port storage will be collected separately as per port tariff.
