Further to our previous notice regarding the new regulatory framework requiring advance cargo manifest details to be submitted through the Maritime Preload Cargo Information (MPCI) portal, please be informed that the Advance Manifest Filing Charge (ENS) will be implemented for shipments from all POLs, excluding China, with ATA POD on or after 1 September 2026.

For shipments ex-China, the effective date will instead be based on ATD POL on or after 27 September 2026, in accordance with the SSE filing requirement.
